SESSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a photography session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Images & Editing

• We do not provide unedited or RAW files under any circumstances.
• Clients will receive only the photographs they have selected from their private online gallery.
• Final edited images will be supplied via digital download.
• Clients must not copy, screenshot, download or share preview images from the proofing gallery before purchasing/selecting them.

Who Can Attend

• Each booking is for one family only.
• Sessions may include a single child, siblings, or siblings with parents, depending on the package booked.
• Only people who have been confirmed with us before the session may attend.
• Please do not bring additional friends or family members to watch or spectate during the photoshoot.

Booking Fee

• A £30–£50 booking fee, depending on the type of session, is required to reserve your appointment.
• The booking fee is non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend the session for any reason, the booking fee will not be refunded and a replacement session will not automatically be offered.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session.

Christmas Mini Sessions

• We do not provide clothing or outfits for Christmas Mini Sessions.
• Clients and children must arrive fully dressed and ready for the photoshoot.

Session Time & Punctuality

• Your session will last for the amount of time stated in the package you have booked.
• Please do not be late.
• Late arrival may reduce the amount of photography time available and the session cannot normally be extended beyond the booked time.

Children

• We always do our best to make children comfortable and create beautiful photographs.
• However, we cannot guarantee particular poses, expressions or photographs if a child is unwilling or unable to cooperate during the session.
• We cannot accept responsibility for photographs that cannot be achieved due to a child not cooperating.

Health

• Everyone attending the session should be in good health.
• Please do not attend if you have an illness or condition that could potentially affect the health of the photographer, other clients, or anyone else involved in the session.

Online Gallery & Image Selection

• A private online viewing gallery will normally be available within a few days after your session.
• Clients will have 7 days to choose their photographs.
• Galleries may be deleted after this period, so please make your selections within the stated timeframe.

Additional Images

• Additional photographs can be purchased for £15 per image.
• If additional photographs are ordered, the final balance for those images must be paid before editing begins.

Editing & Delivery Time

• Final edited photographs will normally be ready within 2–4 weeks after:
• your final image selections have been submitted, and
• any outstanding payment for additional photographs has been received.
